September 2008, this site is under continuous construction so
please check back often
It is best viewed when using
Internet Explorer and with a screen resolution width of at least
1200 pixels which is the size of this
panel ... for this reason, make sure your screen/monitor is set
to its maximum size
This width was chosen as it will allow us to upload large photos,
newspaper articles and other detailed information in the future
REQUEST - as mentioned this site is under
development ... as well as being a reference for current players,
we would also like it
to become a record of "The History of Baseball in the Cairns
Area" ... as you will see, we have been able to link to
information
and photos from Geoff and Sharon Roneberg's web site but I'm
sure there is lots more that would be suitable ... for example,

you have any photos of the fields and diamonds from 'the early
days'? ... or shots of Cairns Representative Teams over the years?
... or any past newspaper articles on the League's formation
and progress? ... if you have these or any other interesting
items,
please contact our Secretary Anne Kippin (details above) and
we will arrange to have the items scanned and then returned to
you
